Clairette Cardigan
Clairette Cardigan
Clairette is a long breezy cardigan with graceful geometry. Uses DK weight yarn. Diagonal lines of lace lean away from each other starting at the center front, complementing your silhouette, and meet neatly in a triangular intersection at the center back. The lightness of the diagonal lace and the clustered decreases at the waist lend Clairette a gentle flutter around the edges. Let it hang open and straight down to play up its drape and flutter. Or, style it with a wide belt to emphasize the geometry of the diagonal lines. Worked from the bottom up, Clairette is entirely seamless, and the lace is visually intuitive.
