How to Knit Ruffles

Knitted ruffles and frills are a feminine addition to sweaters, skirts, jackets, scarves, baby clothes and blankets. You can even knit an entire scarf out of ruffles. Barb's Koigu Ruffle scarf from Churchmouse Classics is one of my favorites.
